Applications will be REVIEWED FOR ELIGIBILITY BY A JURY for the Mountainair Sunflower Festival, and then artists/craftspeople will be notified of acceptance at which time payment will be required.
Artists/craftspeople are responsible for complying with the guidelines above and respecting the eligibility criteria. All work will be reviewed for compliance. Artists who do not comply with guidelines will be asked to leave.

PROTECT YOURSELF! There is NO payment due with your Art Vendor Application. We will NOT contact you via Instant Messenger or Whattsapp for payment! Applicants will be notified of acceptance via email or phone by July 15, 2024. Upon acceptance into the festival, booth fee is due by July 31 through PayPal link or mail. Watch out for online scammers!
