ART VENDOR APPLICATION
To be considered for entry to the Sunflower Festival, submit the application below with images of the work to be exhibited.
Applications will be REVIEWED FOR ELIGIBILITY BY A JURY for the Mountainair Sunflower Festival, and then artists/craftspeople will be notified of acceptance at which time payment will be required.

Guidelines for Eligibility
- No imported goods
- No manufactured items or works produced by someone other than the exhibiting artist
- No forms of machine-made or mass produced work
- No commercial casts, molds or other production items
- No factory produced functional or wearable items, regardless of additional modification or enhancement by the artist/craftsperson
- No kits, patterns, plans, prefabricated forms.
- No mugs, tiles, hats, t-shirts or functional items with reproductions of the artist’s original work
- Buy-Sell is prohibited.
- Limited edition, unframed, signed and numbered reproductions of the artist’s original work are admissible but must be labeled clearly as such and only constitute 20% of the total booth content.
- All work exhibited must be consistent with the images submitted with the application.
Artists/craftspeople are responsible for complying with the guidelines above and respecting the eligibility criteria. All work will be reviewed for compliance. Artists who do not comply with guidelines will be asked to leave.

PROTECT YOURSELF! There is NO payment due with your Art Vendor Application. We will NOT contact you via Instant Messenger or Whattsapp for payment! Applicants will be notified of acceptance via email or phone by July 15, 2024. Upon acceptance into the festival, booth fee is due by July 31 through PayPal link or mail. Watch out for online scammers!
