Building Rental Guide

We do not charge a setup fee nor for the time required to clean the building, however, please limit it to 2 hours. Contact the Building Director to schedule a tour for your special event.

$50 deposit to be returned after the event and when our staff has determined the space is clean and undamaged.

The Studio Rental includes one scheduled use of the large meeting space per month (3

hours) for an open house, workshop, or other small events.

 

* An additional $5/hour is added between December–February to cover the cost of heat.

Additionally

  • MMAC does not charge itself for MMAC-sponsored events.
  • MMAC does not charge rent for events or meetings where we are an active partner or stakeholders of the organization meeting in our building.

  • MMAC members in good standing receive a 20% discount on building rental for special events only at $15/hr (regularly priced at $25/hour).

  • Active members of the MMAC Board of Directors receive 3 hours of building use per year (in one 3-hour segment or three 1-hour segments). Board members may donate these hours to a group or organization for non-commercial purposes not benefiting MMAC.
  • The Board will consider a partial scholarship to groups with a similar arts-related mission demonstrating a financial need. Requests must be submitted to the Board in writing.
